From "Audio Channels" select "Stereo" option.
Click Next.
Mark the box "Full Left and Right" box as checked and click Next.
Click Next | Finish | OK.

Set Real-time Priority

There is a process called the Realtime. Applying this setting can improve game performance. The steps are provided below:

Launch Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
Click Processes tab.
Right click the process with name Mass Effect.
Select the option Set Priority | Realtime.
Restart it.
